1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Coregit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Coregit is a serverless Git repository infrastructure service operated by Strayl. It provides API and Git protocol access to create, manage, and version repositories for programmatic use by AI agents and automation systems.
3. Accounts and Organizations
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account or organization.
- API keys grant programmatic access to your repositories. Treat them as secrets.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Coregit to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Store or distribute malware, illegal content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or the service infrastructure.
- Abuse API rate limits or intentionally degrade service performance.
- Use the service for cryptocurrency mining or other resource-intensive non-Git workloads.
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of all content you store in Coregit repositories. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your code or data.
You can export your data at any time using standard Git clone. You can delete repositories and organizations through the API or dashboard.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. While we implement reasonable safeguards, we do not guarantee against data loss.
6. Service Availability and Changes
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance windows, infrastructure issues, or force majeure events may cause temporary disruptions.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Pricing changes will be communicated in advance.
7. Payment and Billing
Coregit operates on a pay-as-you-go model. Usage is metered across repositories, storage, API calls, and Git transfer. Free tier limits apply to accounts without a payment method.
You agree to pay for usage that exceeds the free tier according to the published pricing. Billing is processed through third-party payment providers.
8. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Strayl is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Third-Party Services
Coregit relies on third-party infrastructure providers (Cloudflare, Neon, etc.). We are not responsible for failures or outages of third-party services beyond our control.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
